There are three packages: Jump Start at R5,000 pm, Power Up at R10,000 pm (most popular) and Accelerate from R25,000 pm. Every package includes POPIA-compliant hosting, Meta platform pricing, 30-day cancellation, and build and support.

Since July 2025 Meta charges per delivered template message. The rate depends on the template category (marketing, utility or authentication) and the recipient’s country. Your normal replies inside the 24-hour customer-service window are free. Utility templates sent inside an open window are also free. When someone messages you from a Click-to-WhatsApp ad, a 72-hour window opens in which messages are free.
Meta sets and occasionally changes these rates. We pass them through transparently.
A session is one customer conversation handled by your Chattbot, for example someone asking a question or completing the lead filter. Jump Start includes 500 per month, Power Up 2,000 and Accelerate 5,000. If you need more, extra sessions cost R1,000 per 1,000. Confirm session definition
Accelerate already includes 10,000 outbound marketing broadcasts a month.
No lock-in. Every package runs month to month with 30-day cancellation. We earn your business every month with results, reporting and strategy.
Yes. A once-off setup fee applies when you join. It covers your Meta verification, Chattbot mapping and build, template creation and onboarding. The amount depends on your package and is confirmed in your proposal.
Custom work, such as bespoke integrations or complex AI agent builds, is quoted separately.
Yes. Many clients start on Jump Start and move to Power Up once WhatsApp proves itself. Upgrades can happen at any time. Downgrades follow the 30-day notice period.
